Saturday Morning...

In our house now means sports *sigh*
Yes, along with thousands of other Aussie family's we rug up (although luckily QLD doesn't get too cold for too long!) and head out with the kids for sports!
This year, Sam has chosen to conquer the soccer field.

Usually Mick takes him, and I head to netball with the girls, but this week we swapped :)
Under 7 soccer is WAY cute!
The fastest the littlies ran was for the juice break at half time ;)

Sam collecting his *free* juice.

His initial reaction to the wonderful world of soccer?
'Mum, we got a FREE juice! I wanna go every week!'
Yeah, not so free baby, its paid for LOL...took us a few days to convince him of this, but the term 'free juice' is now one of those family sayings that seem to have stuck. The girls ask for a free juice after netball while we wander home past the shops LOL

And this?
This week Sam's Prep idol showed up, and they spent the free juice break discussing the wonders of shin pads.
So cute!

I am SUCH a Doofus...

This sneak peek I put up yesterday... Yeah, that's actually JULY'S challenge.
*sigh*
I am a whole month ahead of myself....

So THIS month's challenge over at Scrap The Girls is all about birthday's!
The Lo needs to be about birthdays, be bright and fun, and have a mixed alpha title (at least 3 different alphas)

So here is mine...LOL
I can't believe I got my month's mixed up...on the up side, I don't think I have ever gotten a challenge organised a month in advance!

Cute little pinwheels! Can't get much more fun than pinwheels???
Have a great day my friends! Thanks SO much for stopping in for a visit!

Scrappy stuff :)

I think this is the last LO I can squeeze out of my Pearls and Lace kit. Although there is more than enough for a couple of cards!
I combined my DT kit this month with Kerry's challenge for the Cyber Crop this weekend :) Ooooh I love these Prima centres! (I added this one, does not come with the kit)

This is what I did for the speed scrap challenge! I managed to get this done in an hour! Working with the one range (Kaisercraft Hey Birdie) made it a little easier;) I was a bit worried that if I scrapped at my usual pace I would be sticking a photo of an empty sheet of CS in the gallery! LOL

And a sneaky peek of my Scrap the Girls LO to be revealed tomorrow...lots of paint (I got my arty on for this one LOL) glitter and fabric!

Have a great day!

Are You Joing in Tonight?

With my speed scrap challenge over at WP?

I have been playing with my WP pearls and lace kit again.... I truly think this is my all time favourite kit EVER!

So, will I see you over at the WP forum for the speed scrap?

Don't forget!

The WP CC! (click on the pic to take you to the forum to register!)

I hope to see you there!
I had to go to the newsagent to buy some supplies for the girl's latest projects, and fell in love with the pastel crepe paper. So I bought some, and am going to be experimenting with roses this weekend!
I figure if I make some tonight I can use them for my speed scrap challenge on Staurday night Is that cheating???
Have a great weekend friends! I am hoping to be back with some scrappy shares over the next few days!

Happy Mail!

Oh my stars, today has to count as the best mail day EVER!

First up I saw this..... :-O

Then I opened this....
From the gorgeous, generous Kristal!
And then this....

From the lovely Princess Kate!
I am completely blown away by the gorgeous parcels! I signed up for the RAK thread over at WP, and have since received I think 5 parcels! Brightens me up no end to get these goodies in the mail, and these girls KNOW exactly what I like! Look at the laces in Kristal's parcel and the buttons in Kate's...
I really MUST get onto repaying my beautiful princess RAKers!
And my poor puppy.

Just this week she became *ahem* a lady dog.
And I am NOT ready to be a grandma, so a quick trip to the vet for the big op was in order.
She is still very groggy, and I am not sure if she will ever *speak* to us again. She is in her fave spot, under my feet at the computer, so we have made her comfy with a doona and some little treats (chopped up chicken breast anyone???) spoiled little thing!
And I am sorry, but once again in case you missed it the first time....a HD+!!!!!!

One more assignment due before a 2 week break! WOOT!
Thanks for stopping by!
