That could have been bad!

I was carrying two bags of rubbish down the stairs today. My pants were feeling loose, and because I had both hands full, I didn't have a free one to grab at them...
Yep. They fell down.

Luckily Sam was my only witness, and had no idea that anything was wrong.
I guess this diet IS doing something!!!
