Scrap a while scrappers

I have started a new comp over at Scrap a While, the shop that is in Taree, where I went to school...Its a really cool sounding comp...every Friday a challenge is posted, entries in by Wednesday and voting Thursday. Winner announced on Saturday.

Well....I won week one!!!!!! with the LO up there ^^^^^ Its a pic of the kids catching grasshoppers. I almost didn't enter, cause I thought my colour choice may be a bit too christmassy for a non christmassy LO. This weeks challenge is to scrap some song lyrics. Sounds easy huh? Yeah, well, I am drawing a mental blank...

I just feel so amazingly blessed at the moment by all the wonderful challenges and comps that keep popping up. I am constantly amazed...no, more like blown away that other people like my scrapping!

Today I got to go to Gayndah for a class...it was HEAVEN! Had so much fun, but of course talked more than I scrapped, so no sneaky peaks just yet...LOL We made - or started in some cases - a clear album. Very cute, but also kind of tricky!

Tomorrow we plan on going somewhere for a picnic and possibly a bush walk. There is talk of popping out to the National Park. The kids love it out there...they are very proud of their dad and his picnic shelters and toilets!!

Well, shall be back tomorrow hopefully with a finished clear album (LOL who am I kidding??) and maybe some bush walking snaps!
