SYTYCS entries for this week

First of all, THANK YOU so much for all of the lovely messages and comments about my terrible, horrible, no good, very bad headache. All of that sleeping I did over the weekend truly paid off, cause its gone this morning! I think Mick thinks I was faking so I could sleep all weekend, but seriously, I would have cut off my head if I had of thought it would help. YUCK.

And, I even scrapped today! I must be feeling better!

This weeks first entry had to be about yourself. Had to include 3 self portraits and at least three quirky or interesting things about yourself...well, which three quirky things do I choose?!?!?

Loving the MM mini alphas at the moment...

The second entry had to be people - less.

As the kids were So devastated by us selling their car, I thought I should honour it with a LO all of its own. I am sure they will remember this car. Its probably the only car we have owned so far that they do remember, Nat and Charlotte were probably too young to remember the Commodore....
I tried to journal all of its funny little quirks and the things that went wrong, so a lot more journalling than usual. Its also flower - less, which was tough, but I kinda thought that cars and flowers might make for strange bed fellows...

And, ***gasp*** its a DOUBLE! I know...what the heck was i thinking doing a double page LO for a competition, when I stink at Doubles?!?!? I just couldn't fit it all on one page, and, well....I am kind of running out of time to complete another one LOL

Its a page I wanted to get done, and I am happy that it is finished...whilst doing this one, I kind of forgot about scrapping for the comp, and just did what I wanted...which was nice:-)

I just checked over at the Scraptac forum, and am SO sad to see that Kassi has had to drop out of the comp because her little sweet girlie has been in hospital. I can't imagine how tired and wrung out you must feel Kassi...hope all goes well for little Charlie, and that she is back home with you ASAP!
