Some Scrapping

I am going to be away from my scrapping supplies for a couple of weeks, so I REEEEEALLY wanted to get some things done before we leave for the big wedding!

First up I decided to do the Wicked Princess card sketch designed by Tanya :) Details here. Mick and the kids will be attending his grandmother's birthday party whilst I am at my sis's Hen's Night, so I threw together a card using the sketch...OMG...making a card following a sketch is SO easy!! I also just used scraps from my scrap box...what a GREAT way to use them up!

You may as well give it a go...you could win a $10 voucher!

I was challenged over in the forum at D2U to create a LO using NO ink, bling or flowers (*gasp* I know, all my favourite things) and using bright colours...

I used some bits and pieces from my WP Little Prince kit (all October Afternoon PPs)

And made this!

I had to stop myself SO many times from reaching for my stamp pads, and even found myself hunting for a journalling stamp at one stage...LOL Luckily I remembered in time NOT to use the stamp!!!
