September...

Okay seriously...how did it get to be September already????

My baby turns FIVE this month! FIVE! It was five years ago yesterday that his official due date passed us by. And we had to wait. And wait. And wait. Have you ever been 42 weeks pregnant? Its NOT cool. People who are near you are in serious danger. I was SO cranky! I actually refused to leave the house as if another well meaning person had asked "are you still in one piece?" I would have knifed them.

My mum and dad also arrived around this time five years ago expecting baby snuggles...the two oldest children behaved and were born the day before their due date so we kind of expected number three to follow in their footsteps (figured the instructions must have been written on the uterus wall or something). Poor mum was still on dialysis and had to travel 2 1/2 hours each way to Bundy every 2nd day for treatment.

Ahhhh good times....lol Anyways....onto other 'stuff'

Here is my mummy. I always wonder how I would have coped had I been 'in her shoes'. 17, unmarried and pregnant (with me!! lucky thing LOL) Would I have managed to create the amazing family that she did?
