Lucky I think he's cute

Cause some days - like today - that's all thats keeping him alive. LOL

My day thus far has pretty much involved just following him around, and cleaning up his messes.

A couple of days ago, I noticed that the cats must have had an altercation with a bird. There were feathers EVERYWHERE. Now as I was on my way to work I didn't clean it up immediately.
The next day I noticed that the feathers had gone.
I figured that the wind and rain had kind of disappeared them
Oh how wrong I was.

I just found the feathers. And a whole heck of a lot of sticks, grass and leaves in this boy's back pack.

EEEEEEEW!

So I asked him to empty his back pack into the bin. Well...the bin and floor are kind of similar right???? Apparently if you are 4.


While cleaning that mess up I realised I was bursting to go to the toilet. I went into the toilet and discovered that someone (aka SAMUEL) had filled the toilet with toilet paper.

So yeah....he's lucky I adore him and his super soft cheeks.\

Better go see what mess I need to clean up next!

So is Tomorrow really Monday???

If today was a holiday, does that mean that Mondayitis will strike tomorrow?

I feel as if the weekend has passed me by. I seem to have caught whatever bug Charlotte had last week. So pretty much all I have done is sleep. Seriously...I had at least a two hour nap every day, and then was in bed by 10pm.
well, I slept, and blew bubbles... In an attempt to control the sugar high, the bunny gave the kids only two eggs and lots of un chocolatey goodness.

It didn't really work. Apparently two eggs are enough to send kids crazy and to bed waking up only to complain loudly of horrible stomach pains.

But all in all, I think they had fun!

Easter at our place:)

We put out the baskets last night.... And woke up to find them FULL this morning!

Some people had chocolate for breakfast...

And then morning tea....

And lunch.

The adults sat down and had a yummy bacon and egg breakfast, and thats about as exciting as our day will get LOL

No family around

No friends really left in town

Everything is closed

So from our family to yours have a wonderful Easter, enjoy this lovely weekend...hope you get to spend it with some special people!

The long weekend edition!

#1 naturally my all time fave forever and ever is long weekends...4 whole days of laziness with no plans (apart from eating lots of chocolate) and my family home! (admittedly my weekdn will NOT be as picturesque as this pic, but just as relaxing;)
Dave Hughsey's Twitter last night was about how after the weekend Jesus had, He deserved a long weekend LOL #2 Waiting impatiently for my snapfish photo order...so exciting! I love when the parcel arrives and all those beautiful photos bring back some gorgeous memories!

#3 my Giselle Bundchen flip flops. Seriously, tyhey are like wearing nothing on your feet! (just a heads up, don't google 'famous peoples thongs'*...not pretty)

#4 Hot cross Buns. Mmmmmm only a few more days left of the Hot Bunny Goodness!

#5 is my big fave.

It is my favourite thing that Mick gets his fill of camping at work.

I hate camping, and as it seems to be the 'done thing' on the Easter long weekend here, I am so so so so glad that Mick camps enough at work to not want to punish me take us all on a happy little camping trip.

Seriously why would a person want to sleep on the floor?

And get eaten by bugs?

And probably rained on?

When we were little mum and dad used to take us to these remote horrible spots with no running water or toilets. And with lots of wildlife...the site used to be teeming with kangaroos. And that pretty much cured me of ever wanting to camp. Ever.

Totally not my scene.

I like showers. And toilets. And beds. And doors.

The feather on my LO below was a total accident. I was walking into my scrap room holding the printed out colour combo when I spied this feather on the floor, and it was the exact same shade of green as was in the challenge! So there we go! Fun!
