Awesome!

Really, thats all I can say about our weekend away :)

Mick took me home to see my mum and dad and sis and bro and sis in law. It was truly awesome.

We left Mundubbera at 6am.

It was a little foggy Just a tad...
Whilst in Ballina we met Sunny - Kim and Beth's new pet. The kids are now even more insistent than ever that we need to travel to Canberra to meet Smelly Ellie Dan and Dells new pup!

*heh* do ya think we stressed poor old Sunny out?

Do you think she could feel the looooove???

We managed to eat for almost an entire 48 hours straight. Like seriously.
We had lunch out at our fave restaurant right on the water...

Tried to ignore the embarassing dog...should I be jealous that her wardrobe is more extensive than mine??? Think mum and dad will let me move back in as their lap dog?

We then ducked out for a quick play at the park...

It was seriously freezing.

So we decided the only sensible thing to do was get some ice cream.
I mean really?!?!? Wouldn't you???

The kids managed a swim and several spas, I only braved the spa. I decided that it really wasn't warm enough for me to brave the ocean.
So good to catch up with some of the family! I was thoroughly spoiled...didn't have to cook or clean once, and feel SO relaxed! i am so glad that we decided to go, even though it was such a flying visit! Thanks mum and dad :)

Glad you guys had an awesome time. I love family catch ups too. And how bad was that fog? Glad we didn't have to drive in it.

Feel free to come and have a flying visit out to Mono any time. There's a little bub here waiting for cuddles! LOL
