Okay, here is the best, easiest yummiest rice pudding:-)


1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 can condensed milk
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs

Rinse the rice. Steam the rice in the 2 cups of water until cooked.

Put the rice into a baking dish. Stir through the condensed milk, 2 cups of milk, sugar and eggs.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 375 until firm.

Sooooooo yummy on these cooler nights....and the kids eat all their dinner if there is a promise of dessert!
